This foundation was born from a painful chapter in Roy Ferman's life and career.
After spending 10 years building a business and leading a team of approximately 150 people, Roy experienced severe legal and business consequences that changed the course of his life. Rather than avoid that story, he chose to learn from it and use it to help others avoid the same mistakes.
